Private Sessions: Personal sessions with Angie - The Stirland Approach

Your 1:1s session with The Stirland Approach will be designed to optimise your body's movement patterns, reduce musculoskeletal imbalances, and enhance your overall health, wellness, and performance.

By addressing your individual needs and focusing on the intricate relationship between your skeletal system and movement, you will be guided towards improved physical function in your everyday activities and/or any specific athletic pursuits you may have.

1:1s can be booked either as a
face-to-face session in the studio (or in your home but travel expenses will be added) or via zoom.

Your private sessions with
The Stirland Approach can be arranged as 1:1s, 2:1s or 3:1s.
