Welcome to BODYWEIGHT INTENSIVE, the ultimate bodyweight class designed to take your health, fitness, and wellbeing to the next level. This high-intensity workout is specifically designed to push your limits and deliver phenomenal results.

In BODYWEIGHT INTENSIVE, we utilise a series of dynamic combinations that incorporate exercises such as squats, lunges, press-ups, and other challenging bodyweight movements. These carefully designed combinations will engage multiple muscle groups, improve cardiovascular endurance, and enhance overall functional fitness.

What sets our BODYWEIGHT INTENSIVE classes apart from others, is the incorporation of movement patterns adapted from our other classes. By incorporating functional movement and skeletal mechanics work, our aim is to ensure ensure that our body is moving efficiently and effectively. This adds an extra layer of challenge and allows for progressive overload, ensuring continuous improvement in your fitness and wellness journey.

These classes are designed to accommodate individuals of various fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Modifications and progressions are provided to tailor the workout to your specific needs and abilities. It’s all about working at your own pace.

To access any of my classes you will need to attend a Beginners Workshop or have done at least 2 1:1s beforehand.
